Here is a new release from AppleJazz Records. This was a live performance of the Terry Myers Quintet from 1993. 

 

Captured at the Why Not Lounge in Altamonte Springs, FL, this exuberant show features Terry Myers on tenor sax, Pat Gulatta on trombone, Eddie Metz Jr on drums, Warren Parrish on piano and Rabbit Simmons on bass. The band was full of excitement and the audience went right along for the ride. 

 

Originally recorded to a portable DAT player, this raw recording was recently mastered by Kendall S Thompsen and Charlie Bertini for release. The unique cover art was a painting by Joyce Shelton and the recording is available on all digital platforms so dial it in on your favorite site and enjoy this ride from the past.
